The little fish turns into a big fish...

Jackson's floaties popped just before we went to the pool yesterday, so we decided to let him play on the steps until Grandma Susie arrived with a new pair.  Scott took him out to kick his legs a little bit, and then let him go to see if he could stay afloat (I know, I know...please don't call Child Services on us).  Much to our surprise, Jack just took off.  Within 10 minutes this kid was swimming the length of the pool (with Daddy in close proximity of course).  I caught a few minutes of the madness on camera...this kid seriously NEVER slows down.
So, do we see an olympic swimmer in the future?!?

Maybe not, but we DO see a completely worn out 3 year old who sleeps well and takes 4 hour naps...I'll take it.

oh my gosh... AWESOME!!! If you teach him to roll over to his back when he needs a breath, he can go forever. And it's a good rescue method to teach him for if he falls in and gets stranded... How darling! Have you popped yet?

What a cute little fish! I'm so impressed that he can swim so well. How is the move going? Are you in the new house yet?

thats freak'n awesome! Get that kid in some swimming lessons so he can get the form down and than I'm sure you'll have an olympic swimmer on your hands.

Way to go Jackson!!

That's amazing! How old is he? Definitely Olympic material right there!

That is so cool that he not only dares to do that but that he pretty much taught himself how to swim. I can only hope that my kids will love the water and do the same.

That is so crazy! He really is a little fish! Seriously, and you didn't even have to pay for swim lessons!

ps. I need you to send me your address so I can send you a birth announcement. Do you still live on Donovan? I'm thinking you guys moved not too long ago....????

I am SO IMPRESSED! Swimming with his face in the water and everything. You don't see a three year old do that often. Awesome job Jackson!!

Wow, that is amazing!

Your house looks awesome, too! Is it in Washington or are you moving states as well?

I love the baby lessons, so cute. :) I'm glad everything is going well with the baby, not too long now!
